What's in Performance Inspired Nutrition Explosive Pre-Workout
Directions For Explosive Pre-Workout: Mix one scoop (20 g) with 8 oz of cold water or your favorite beverage in a shaker bottle approximately 15 to 30 minutes before your workout. Mix full strength for explosive energy and endurance or half strength to provide focus and energy*. Do not use roughly 4 hours before bedtime.

Beta-alanine and niacin may cause a harmless, temporary tingling or flushing sensation. Do not combine with alcohol.
