Exactly what it claims to be, taste isn't an issue as egg whites should taste like egg whites. These work best in a blender adding in fruits, oats, or whatever else your morning shake includes. Ideal for first meal of the day, not meant to be something you use throughout the day, there are other proteins for that.

Purchased as I was seeking a protein powder without flavor to incorporate into my post-workout shake. Taste is fine, no chunks...just loads of foam as mentioned in other posts. No other issues. Switched to Post-Kaged for my post-work out shake to avoid needing to mix so many things together. Haven't finished using the eggwhite since I started buying that.

I used this protein while I was doing the Whole30 cleanse. It's just egg whites, so it fits within the food guidelines, which was not possible with any other protein that I came across. The consistency is fine and fluffy, so it can make a mess if you aren't careful. It does not taste good- so if you are going to use it, mix it with other ingredients in a blender (I did almond milk, juice, pumpkin puree, and cinnamon with the protein powder and ice). If you mix it in a blender you can't taste anything from it. I would not recommend using it in a shaker.

Since I can't do dairy, soy, or pea protein, I bought this to combine with my beef protein powder and to possibly cook with as well. I got the unflavored powder but that's a misnomer because by itself, it ends up smelling and tasting slightly like egg whites. The powder is very fine so be careful you don't make a mess. It clumps easily in water so make sure you give it a good shake with a shaker ball in your shaker. It also has a high tendency to foam up in a shake so my solution is to make the shake, let it settle, repeat, and drink later. Egg white protein is a medium digesting protein so it goes well with the other fast (whey, beef, etc) and slow (casein) protein powders. You can also get creative and flavor it with things like cocoa powder, vanilla extract, bananas, or anything else you can think of. Overall, its a pure protein powder without any filler or other garbage so I'll use it when I want a blend of proteins and I'd recommend the same to anyone else who wants a pure medium digesting protein without any extra ingredients.

wo wo people hold on, the reviews on this product are crazy. Did you read ingrients list???? Eggs...thats all. thats it. there are no other. like in soy or those wack out proteins with magic ingriedients. its Eggs. it wont mix with water, dont even try it. dont over add protein to your shake, 6-8 ounces of milk to 1 scoop, add a banana OR berries to get it Flavor. Gets all foamy and frothy, gets you full, you wont go hungry for a good while. you wont crave sweets. As for the vanilla and choco, they have additives to make it flavored, i stay away from those because they taste to sweet for me,, SO, it wont play well with water, The Natural- flavored one ($17.99) taste like dry, salty powder, it gets thick and foamy no matter what. Add fruit,

Unfortunately I purchase two of these. Flavor is tastes a bit like chocolate but has a tad sour aftertaste and doesn't really make me look forward to finishing the whole drink. I find it extremely hard to mix if I don't have access to a electric mixer. Shaker bottle only creates a thick foam and large clunks of powder. Stirring it up as well helps but that can also create thick eggwhite cement on your spoon and bottom of the bottle. I only mix protein with water, I don't know it tastes or mixes better with other liquids. I'm going to finish one of the two 680g I bought but that is because I'm a little stubborn. Now makes quality products but this is not one of them. Expected more from such a large company.

This was disgusting. The taste was horrible, slightly improved when I added ice. It wasn't great at dissolving it water with a shaker bottle, partly because it foamed like crazy. I will never buy this again and I would not recommend it.

This is the 2nd egg protein I've tried and I hate this one. It doesn't dissolve in water hardly at all and it tastes nasty, kinda like cardboard. Usually NOW products are pretty good, but this one failed bad.

Good Stuff. Wish it were a little cheaper, but tastes great and does the job.

Mix-ability wise, this blends very smoothly with water and almond milk (I recommend the latter). Flavor-wise it has a nice, strong vanilla flavor however... this product is VERY SALTY. Make sure you don't forget to look at the sodium content like I did! I couldn't drink it by itself because it dried my mouth out. Nevertheless, it is tolerable if you make a smoothie or protein pancakes with it to balance out the saltiness with some fruit or soak it up with some oatmeal.

It's good protein, doesn't affect my stomach like Whey protein does... but it contains Xylitol, which my lower intestine does not really like. Every time I drink it I get stomach cramps and diarrhea. Other than that, it's great!

Although the smell of this protein isn't the most pleasant, you can create the best protein pancakes with this product! Egg protein cooks a lot better than whey or casein so instead of having super-dense pancakes, they will be more fluffy and over-all much more enjoyable. Never tried it just alone in a shake but really great to cook with!

This protein isn't that good. It doesn't even seem like it lasts the full amount of servings, and it bubbles too much.
