This was my first try for NOW products. I got the BCAA caps because of other reviews stating the taste of the powder was awful. The caps don't have a taste at all and digest pretty quickly. I take 'em about 45mins before my morning workout, along with NOW Creatine Powder and Beta-Alanine and .... GNC Glutamine Powder; cup of coffee and I hit the plates. I've always been an early morning lifter and do so on the almost empty stomach. There is plenty of energy for a great workout with this BCAA / Creatine / Beta-Alanine / coffe stack. At 71 I'm leg pressing 650 (it's all the weight I have) and benching 216 (Weider plate math). The BCAA caps make me feel good and strong.

Wanted a good recovery product and one that will also build muscle. This product has definitely helped with muscle recovery and greatly reduced muscle soreness from intense workouts. No stomach upset, or other unwanted side effects.
