I have been taking it for a month, adding it to my midnight Casein shake. It has really helped me recover and sleep in general. I have always has sleeping problems, i still sleep only around 5 hours a night, but the quality has tremendously improved since i started taking it. I take Tribulus and hour before bed, and then the shake before going to bed. I love the fact that it is unflavoured cause it mixed perfectly with my Casein shake.

since i am not an expert on supplementation, i decided to go with labrada's 100% pharmaceutical grade L-glutamine. after taking for about a week i began to see recovery completed by about a day less than before. i would recommend this product for anyone who needs basic glutamine at a decent price.
