Good kick and about 4 hours of energy. I wake up and take one with a bit of water and hit the gym so I'm not full of liquid pre-workout. Directions For PURCAF CAFFEINE: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 30 - 45 minutes before workouts and 1 capsule as needed, allowing 3-4 hours between servings, not to exceed 2 servings per day.
