6 grams of Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)
  • The BCAAs are three amino acids—leucine, isoleucine, and valine—that share a common structure.
  • Research suggests that leucine is the most critical after workouts because it stimulates muscle protein synthesis (i.e., muscle growth) by activating the mTOR complex.* It also supports the body’s natural insulin release, which drives more amino acids, creatine, and carnitine from Post JYM Active Ingredients Matrix into your muscle cells.*
  • Having a 3:1:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine to valine in a post-workout product, such as in Pre JYM, provides an extra bit of leucine for to help boost muscle growth without compromising the critical role that isoleucine and valine play in this process.*
2 grams of Creatine HCL
  • Many studies suggest that creatine supplementation leads to significant gains in muscle strength and power, as well as muscle growth.*
  • Creatine HCl is made by attaching a hydrochloride (HCl) group to creatine.
  • Adding the hydrochloride group lowers the pH of creatine, making it more acidic. This drastically increases creatine's solubility in fluids, which may help increase absorption to help reduce stomach issues.*

2 grams of Carnipure L-Carnitine L-Tartrate
  • Studies suggest that L-carnitine L-tartrate supplementation enhances recovery after exercise with as little as 1 gram.* The better recovery is likely due to carnitine’s ability to promote nitric oxide (NO) production and therefore increase blood flow to recovering muscles, as well as its ability to help induce an increase in muscle oxygen consumption.*

I have been using the Pre Jym, Pro Jym and Post Jym on a stack now for a couple weeks and it has been wreaking havoc on my bowels. I am not sure if it is because it is “cleansing” me or if my body just doesn’t agree with it. I literally am having straight liquid come out of my a-hole about an hour or hour and a half after my workouts and am going to the toilet 4-5 times a day now. I am using it as directed. Mixing Pre Jym with water, letting it set for 15 minutes, drinking it over the course of 15 minutes and consuming it 30 minutes before my workouts. Pro Jym is mixed with non-fat milk and consumed 30 minutes after work out. Post Jym is mixed with water, let stand for 15 minutes and then consumed directly after my Pro Jym and within 40-45 minutes after my workout. No other supplement stack I have ever taken has done this to me. For now, it isn’t too bad because I can be close to a bathroom at all times, but that won’t always be the case. Additionally, the Pre Jym doesn’t seem like it gives me the energy for my pumps. I had been taking NeuroCore pre-workout and while it did give me the jitters and made me feel like I wanted to claw my face off sometimes, it worked amazing in the gym when pumping some weight. Pre Jym doesn’t feel like that and I feel like I am falling flat on my pumps. I think that once I have used up the product that I currently have of the Jym line, I won’t be ordering again. Probably a good product, and probably better for me as opposed to other stuff I have been using, but I like results and I want to feel good about what I am using. Right now, I just don’t feel good with Jym.

This product i say is absolutely amazing.. It taste so good that after a workout you almost feel guilty because it is such a treat.when i can afford it its awesome.. i feel personally that it helps me recover faster and allows me to train hard again the next day, i wake replenished, happy and little to no muscle soreness. i highly recommend anything Jym. If you train hard and want real life changing results the right way start with his Pre Jym and Post Jym... i promise you will not regret it.. every flavor i have tried has been on point...

The thing about this product is that you really do need to follow his mixing and consumption recommendations. If you simply throw a scoop in 6 oz of water and chug it it’s A) going to taste like ***, and B) not reach it’s desired efficacy. I like to use 12 oz water, shake for at least 8 minutes, and sip for 10-15. If you do that, you’ll never want to use another pre. Thanks, Jim.

I saw a video on jym stoppani video on YouTube it said hydrochloride creatine doesn't make you retain water from the creatine which seems weird. Creatine is supposed to pull water in you're muscles. I did some research it seems to be true both creatine monohydrate and HCI makes you gain water in you're muscles. If HCI didn't didn't make u gain water it wouldn't do anything. I also noticed I gain water weight while using this and also the pre jym if you're looking to get rid of water I don't recommend this. The only thing I like about it is the taste.

This is my second review. I have been using pro jym for months. It was good,won I tried to post jym. The taste was really bad. I know some people would say, it isn't about the taste. If I pay that much. I need it to taste good.
