Get effective strength training at home with the GoFit Rubber Resistance Training System. The GoFit Ankle Strap is a key element of this portable weight-resistance system. Note: A GoFit Door Anchor MUST be used with the GoFit Ankle Strap for your lower body workout. For proper product installation and usage, follow the detailed instructions included with each product.
