Build More Strength and Power Than With Regular PreWorkout Formulas Each serving of Gifted Nutrition Accelerate® contains a clinical dose of 2.5 grams of BetaPower Natural Betaine that helps to build more strength and power than regular preworkouts.
BetaPower™ a natural nutrient found in nutritious foods like whole grain, spinach, and beets and has extensive anti-aging health benefits, has shown a significant effect in increasing strength, power and energy in clinical trials. Derived from the molasses of sugar beets, BetaPower™ is a minimum 99% pure betaine anhydrous and produced according to high quality standards. It has an important dual role being a natural osmolyte, which means it can help protect cells against dehydration and increasing the water retention of cells to protect against cellular stress.
Whether you’re an athlete or just an active person interested in improving your performance you can benefit from this ingredient. In a study by the University of Connecticut, subjects using the ingredient found in Accelerate® had a more powerful bench press (+35%), more powerful vertical jump (+7%), more powerful bench throw (+20%) and more powerful squats (+8%) compared to subjects not taking this ingredient.
BCAAs are essential amino acids, obtained from high protein sources. Gifted Nutrition BCAAs are the ideal ration of 2:1:1 of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine that are a superior pre-, intra-, and post-workout combination to maximize lean muscle growth and reduce muscle catabolism. L-Glutamine, which is one of the most abundant amino acids in the body, is important for muscle recovery and growth. Glutamine also supports immunity and post workout muscle fiber repair to keep your training and results on track.
During exercise and intense training your body produces lactic acid which causes pH levels to drop, resulting in an acidic environment. This can quickly lead to cramping, fatigue, and tissue damage. BYLT™ contains a scientifically formulated blend of key ingredients designed to help you reduce muscle fatigue & soreness, rehydrate the body and sustain energy levels during exertion allowing your body to go beyond your limits.
Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid. Beta-Alanine can be found as a component of a dipeptide in chicken and fish. In the body, beta-alanine is combined with the amino acid histidine to form carnosine. Muscle carnosine buffers the hydronium ions that lead to muscle fatigue and failure. Tested on a wide range of athletic performance, including sprinting, cycling, rowing, and weight lifting, CarnoSyn® beta-alanine is clinically proven to:
CarnoSyn® is the #1 selling patented brand of beta-alanine in the world. More than 20 published studies support its use.
What is Sustamine?
A combination of L-Glutamine (the most important amino acid for stimulating muscle protein synthesis) and L-Alanine (an amino acid needed for rebuilding glycogen stores), Sustamine is the result of a patented fermentation process that creates a true dipeptide for the efficient absorption of these amino acids in the body.* Suitable for use in dietary supplements, energy/sport and electrolyte beverages, meal replacements, nutritional bars and more -Sustamine is the only dipeptide backed by oral human clinical results, and the only self-affirmed GRAS dipeptide of L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine for foods and beverages. How do dipeptides speed absorption and recovery?A dipeptide is a bonded chain of two amino acids, in this case, L-Glutamine and L-Alanine. Smaller than a complete protein, the dipeptide Sustamine is absorbed faster than individual amino acids. To get into cells, dipeptides and amino acids must wait for a “transporter”. A transporter can carry either a single amino acid or a dipeptide through the cell barrier at once. Through coupling for transport, dipeptides drastically reduce the time and energy needed for cellular recovery.
Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid, which is a catalyst for muscle protein synthesis. Once proteins are metabolized into their elemental amino acids, creatine helps create the fuel for energy and increases cellular tissue fluid. This super-hydration of the muscle cells boosts protein synthesis and muscle growth, which leads to greater strength and more power to continue the growth cycle. Creatine also helps buffer the build-up of lactic acid in the muscle fibers contributing to greater endurance while you train.
L-Glutamine is a must-have in your nutrition plan as it is essential at times of metabolic stress (vigorous exercise). Glutamine is one of the most abundant amino acids in the body and is important for muscle recover and growth. The body produces L-Glutamine naturally, but as levels decline with serious training, supplemental L-Glutamine is needed for many reasons. It transports nitrogen to muscle cells to avoid catabolism and supports immunity by serving as the first and foremost fuel for the intestinal track. It enhances protein synthesis, which boosts muscle size and strength. Studies have shown it helps stimulate the body’s natural release of of growth hormone to metabolize body fat and support lean muscle growth. L-Glutamine also helps maintain cellular hydration, supporting post-workout muscle fiber repair, which allows you to recover quicker between workouts.
