Once again crazy gym guy here telling you that these are by far oneof the best affordable complete vitamins you can find. I work out extremely hard 5 times to six times a week in the evening and maybe about 4 times a week during my lunch break and I notice the difference immediately when I run out of these vitamins. A must have

LOL these pills don't even smell bad, stop jumping on the bandwagon and saying they smell horrible because they really smell just like any other vitamin pill. Also, half these reviews are from kids in high school, these aren't meant to give you a wake up feeling or improve your lifting, there simply vitamins!! You might feel more awake later in the day as long as your eating well and they will defiantly replenish nutrients lost from exercising. There great vitamins defiantly give them a try, no nasty burping feeling or feeling like crap. Worth a try!

I love this vitamin and the size of the pill. most are big and difficult for me to swallow. these are a great size and have everything my body needs. I love the fact that there is no iron in it also.

Good overall vitamin supplement

The best Vitamins on the market! PERIOD!

I'm professional runer, this product doesn't help me at all! Don't waste money on this. No benefit for muscle or energy!

Okay, so first things first these vitamins smell TERRIBLE. We're not talking casual chemical smell terrible, we're talking did someone pee in this bottle terrible. So if you have any aversions to smell, DEFINITELY DON'T buy these vitamins. Currently I am pushing through the smell as these pills do appear to have a strong ingredient list and I don't like to waste money, but I haven't yet noticed any benefits from them that would encourage me to buy them again. So basically unless these are on sale or you REALLY want all the proclaimed benefits on the label I would look elsewhere for your multivitamin. I don't think it should be difficult to find a similar product without the rancid odor.

I will start by saying this is probably the worst smelling pill I have ever taken, but, that should not matter as it contains a good ingredient list. So plug your nose and down them, but know they are doing the job.

I feel great on these! No interactions. It's great to only have to take them once a day.

I love these multis. No weird burping or other side effects like some other multis I have tried. I’m loyal to EVL due to the taste and overall quality of their products. The results help too. Great stuff.
