Have been making my own pills for a while. I’ve been using most of EVL Nutrition so I thought I’d give these a shot also. Good product felt the same with these as when making my own. Will continue to buy and use this product for the simple fact it saves me time.

Honest opinion, I didn’t see a whole lot difference, but if anything I would recommend the flex mode over this supplement! Flex mode has worked wonders for me. I lift weights & do cardio all the time. Always active so I recommend using these types of supplements if you really need them!
