• 100mg Lemon Balm
• 100mg Hops Extract
• 100mg GABA
• 5mg Melatonin Powder.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (2 capsules) 30-60 minutes before bedtime or as directed by your health care professional. Do not exceed 1 serving per day and use only as directed.
