I've been using EVL products basically since EVL launched and have enjoyed watching them grow their line of products. EVL Melatonin is yet another excellent addition to the product line. In the time that i've used it, i've found it to be a helpful sleep aid. This doesn't replace healthy sleeping habits (like winding down, avoiding caffeine, minimizing screen time in the evening, etc.), but it works alongside good habits to aid sleep.
