Mixes very easily. Has no taste. It does like to fizz up the liquid that you mix it with. I take it a couple of hours before i work out with a meal. I also add some to my post shake.

Significantly less sore post workout days. Able to workout more often and push myself harder without fear of being too sore to work

Not much you can say about this product other than it mixes will with my bcaa's and doesn't leave an after taste and it does what it's supposed to do.

I'm a huge fan of all Evl products and have been using them for many years. Glutamine is a must for my supplementation because I work out five to six times a week and I hit it hard. You know those guys you see who you think are crazy in the gym yeah that's me and the glutamine helps keep me from cramping and extreme soreness

This product works great. It mixes well. No bad aftertaste. Some “unflavored” products leave a bad medicine like after taste. This left none. I used it in my post workout shake and noticed an increase in recovery time. I will use this product again in the future

I feel a good recovery taking this. I mix with my bcaa and take intra workout and some post. Helps me feel less sore.
