I am a strong believer in Glutamine for recovery which is why I love the EVL Glutaimne5000. I take it immediately after a long run or an intense workout. I usually mix it with EVL's BCAA Energy and it mixes incredibly well. Listen to your body and take your Glutamine!

Ive tried a few other glutamine in the past and they were horrible figuree i would give EVL a try im VERY happy, stuff mixes great even in plain water no taste or gritty feeling always throw a scoop of this in my post workout as well another great from EVL there products are absolutely fantastic.

This is a great product. I have been taking it for 6 months now and I have noticed a huge difference with my recovery. I can hit it super hard and still be ready to go the next day. I take a scoop with my intra Evlution Bcaas and a scoop with my post workout. 2 scoops a day works great for me.
