The taste of this, well... hell! Actually it wouldn't be so unpleasant if it wasn't for the aftertaste that lingers on for a while. But no one says you have to take slow sips, so take a deep breath and then, a few good swigs. Repeat twice and you're good. But it does a darn good job! I take it once 30 mins before I train (bulking phase, 60 to 90 mins of HRT supersets 5 x a week) in addition to the BCAAs that are in my post-workout and my muscles feel not sore at all. Job well done, I'll stick with this.
