For me the product had fast results! I was already going regularly but stool samples were soft and now a lot healthier and more solid!
I don't eat yogurt but I do try to include fermented foods for my gut health - but its still hard to incorporate foods that boost the gut microbiome so hope this product can help improve gut function. Before taking this product - I did NOT have major gut issues - no bloat, regular BMs but optimizing gut health can improve mood and fatigue. Not completely sure if these improvements have manifested in the short time I've used this product, but I do like the friendly bacteria bbcom choose for this product
This is my 1st ever probiotic and I have been on it for 2 weeks. I normally would chug a cup of coffee in the morning for digestive issues, however since taking this I have not had to. Alot bloating has been way down! Definitely like this!
