Knee Circumference
With your leg extended, measure the circumference of your knee going over the center of your patella. New sleeves may be difficult to get on and will have a tight fit. It may take several training sessions to break in your sleeves.

Used TKO (Tommy Kono) knee sleeves for many years. Liked them a lot, MUCH better than "wraps", since wanted warmth NOT support for my leg work. I wanted my knees, tendons, ligaments, to strengthen, and not rely on wraps. The worked perfectly for my needs. Then BB.com made their own version (I.e. BB.com Neoprene Knee Sleeves) and I tried them. PERFECT! And cheaper to boot, but just as well made. Good for you BB.com!
It’s alittle too tight but overall it one of the best product I have ever used
I’m 5’ 1” with about 14” above the knee and 13” under the knee. I had to go up in a size so a medium fits well and definitely adjustes to your leg. These are my knee sleeves, so far Good support !
Used these today for pause squats. They work perfectly! Definitely kept my knees warm. Easy to get on and get off. I got them in a medium. If you want a tighter fit I'd probably size down. Otherwise, buy away! These are legit and would definitely recommend to others!
