Transformed Trainer: TDEE Calculator

Tracking your nutrition for just a few weeks can provide a wake-up call that makes a huge difference in your results for years to come. To help you determine where you stand, we've provided a total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) calculator, which is based on the Mifflin-St. Jeor equation, to help you calculate your caloric needs. This easy-to-use calculator will estimate how many calories your body uses at rest (your basal metabolic rate, or BMR) and then factor in additional calories based upon your activity level, age, and gender.
