Look around you. Take in your environment. Make an assessment, as if you were an outside appraiser. Make a list of all your responsibilities. Do all of your activities and duties still fit with your new goals? As you cut the fat off your body, think of ways to cut it from your life as well.
You are putting your body through a number of stressors, so be cautious that you don't burn out. Today is a good day to do chores or honey-dos, but don't spend it splitting wood all afternoon. Rest is important. As you rest, your body takes the opportunity to make important repairs to tissues all over the body. Let it work, then come back tomorrow with a focused mission.
