Jay Cutler (b 1973) started working in his brother's concrete construction business at the age of 11, laying the foundation of his future physique and career. Initially, Jay started to train just to look better, but this ambition soon led to competitions in bodybuilding, starting at the age of 19. He is an IFBB professional bodybuilder and won his first "O" - the Mr Olympia title - in 2006. He's won it four times since then.

Adela Garcia (b 1971) was born in Cabrera, Dominican Republic. Her family was too poor to afford gymnastic class, so she did most of her training at home. At 17 she started weight training, joining the army's ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps) program in college. Adela started teaching aerobics in 1995, soon becoming a professional fitness competitor. Since then, she has won seven titles - a record - in Miss Fitness Olympia.

Phil Heath (b 1979) is a former basketball player for the University of Denver Pioneers team from 1998-2002. After his basketball career ended he continued to train and went into bodybuilding, entering his first competition in 2003. Since then Phil, nicknamed "The Gift", has become an IFBB professional bodybuilder and won the Mr Olympia title in 2011.
