HOW DO YOU USE
RIPPED FREAK PRE-WORKOUT?
Mix 1 to 2 scoops with 250 to 500 ml of cold water and consume 30 to 45 minutes before training. Due to its extreme strength, it is highly recommended that you assess your individual tolerance and start out by using only 1 to 1 ½ scoops before you try consuming the full 2-scoop dose. RIPPED FREAK PRE-WORKOUT is so strong that many individuals find a 1 or 1 ½ scoop dose is more than strong enough to deliver maximum results. CAUTION: NEVER EXCEED 2 SCOOPS/SERVINGS PER DOSE.
