Directions:
Take one-half to one capsule not more often than every 3-4 hours, up to a maximum of 5 capsules in a 24 hour period. 1 capsule is equivalent to 1 cup of coffee.
Warnings:
For occasional use only. Caffeine intake is not advisable in cases of high blood pressure, pregnancy, diabetes, or heart problems.
Not intended for use as a substitute for sleep.
The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Limit the amount of caffeine-containing medications, beverages (coffe, tea, colas), or foods (chocolate), as too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heart rates.
