When I first started BCAA's I could just barely hack the taste...hard to mix, flavor was crap. While these are SCAA's it still serves the same purpose and after trying them for the first time a couple of years ago, anytime they go on sale I buy as much as I can afford...tastes great, mixes easily just by shaking and is my favorite product overall. I use it 4-6 times a day, makes my water more palatable and constantly feeds my body through the day.

Take a serving in the morning and in the middle of workout. Works great. Tastes great. I found if you mix together the blue raspberry BLOX and the watermelon BCAA it tastes better. I seen that Jay cutler did so once and It's awsome.
If your looking for a lighter tasting powder, this is a great option! I like pairing it with BPI's BEST BCAA's!
Do Not waste your money on this.. It does not work I have taking over 65 scoops.. Noughting does not help recover time at all , does not make you feel any better .. It taste great but you would get just as much out of buying some flavor water....
Hello guys, I've been taking blox for a while and have experienced excellent results. Now I just purchased the Whey HD protein and a monohydrated creatine and I'm not sure what's the best way to combine it. I'm taking them all mixed after my workout, but I'd like to know if you suggest a best way to take and get best results.

i used to take it during my workouts, at first it gave me some energy boost ... for the first 2 weeks it was a little bit helpful but then it didn't make a difference if i took it or not ... i took the fruit punch and it tasted really good kinda like kool aid
Not too sweet, as a matter of fact I feel that the scoop to water ratio renders the flavor of the drink very faint or maybe the flavor isn't supposed to be strong to begin with? If you need something to make your water more palatable, then this does the trick just fine.
Tastes amazing (watermelon) and mixed extremely well. Definitely reminds me of kool-aid. I just don't know if I can get behind the whole silk amino acid profile. It's hard to tell if it actually makes a difference than a typical amino supplement that will have your Leucine/Isoleucine/Valine. I would guess you would have to take it over a long period of time to see if it makes a difference so for right now, without the research I will give it an 8. If you're going for something that tastes good though, you've definitely found it!
