Directions For Super NOS Blast: For adults, mix two (2) scoops with 10-12 ounces of water and consume as follows: one half 30-60 minutes before your workout and the balance during the course of your workout. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Individuals sensitive to caffeine should begin with half the recommended dosage to assess individual tolerance.
