Micronized Creatine Vs. Liquid Creatine!

Do you know the difference between Micronized creatine and liquid Creatine? Not many people do, including me. I have used both and I have researched it a bit, so I want to share with you what I have found.

First I want to say: do not use creatine unless you have trained for at least 3 months as you will not reap the rewards.

Hey people. Do you know the difference between Micronized creatine and liquid Creatine? Not many people do, including me. I have used both and I have researched it a bit, so I want to share with you what I have found and then you might be able to decide for yourself which one you would prefer.

I will start off by telling you the normal dosage that you will use when taking the creatine.

The LIQUID CREATINE you take 5mL 5 - 10 minutes before your workout. You do not load, and you do not take it on the days you are not training, only the days that you are. You can take it without having a weeks break every so many weeks, which is a big advantage.

The MICRONIZED CREATINE you have to load with 20g for a day and then for 30 days you have 5g a day. After that you will have 1 - 2 weeks off before you begin the cycle over again.

LIQUID CREATINE has not been around as long as powder creatine but has had some good results from people claiming it works. MICRONIZED CREATINE is the legal steroid of the natural bodybuilding world with results known and published. This supplement is the most sold supplement of all time bar none and will never be replaced. I say never be replaced, but will always be improved.

I see LIQUID CREATINE is an improvement, but it is not a replacement, as I think it has a bit of work to do.

In saying that it does have improvements, it absorbs much better and a lot faster, it comes in flavors and it is easier to use.

I have used both forms of creatine and below I will list some points you should consider when you try and choose which creatine to use.

MICRONIZED CREATINE

  • You must use a loading and maintenance period.
  • It will make you stronger and bigger.
  • You must realize it holds water, thus taking away how sharp your body looks.
  • It can cause sickness, but not serious and only in some cases, which only lasts a few days.

    LIQUID CREATINE

  • Loading is not required.
  • There is no water retention.
  • It will make you stronger, but will not put on the same amount of size as MICRONIZED CREATINE.
  • It's easy to use and the body does respond to it quickly.

As I said before, I have used both and still continue to use both. When I am in my bulking up phase in between bodybuilding competitions I use the MICRONIZED CREATINE. It allows me to carry more muscle mass and size and I do not have to worry about the way I look. It also gives me great energy to lift very heavy weight to build required mass.

When I am in the last 12 weeks before contest up until the last 10 days I use LIQUID CREATINE. This gives me energy when I am depleting my carb intake and do not want to hold much water because I am going into the contest and want to look sharp.

So in the end, I think both will work to some degree but if you try one and are not satisfied with it switch to the other to reap the gains. Although this is only a brief comparison it should help you make a choice.
