Im 17 years old and am participating in the jim stoppani's 12 week program shortcut to size, i cant seem to find how much protein per day for my age when body building i need. an answer would be appreciated

I am confused about the exact amount of protein grams per body weight.
Because this calculation involves total body weight including fat mass.
So, if somebody can help letting me know if I should type my lean mass weight or total body weight.
because that makes a significant diference.
