what a great article!
I've been a bit confused in this area, wether I should eat as many calories as possible or watch what I eat and concentrate on protein levels in the food.
This made it all very much clearer! thank you Vince

I strongly disagree. If yo-yo dieting was bad, then how come everyone is using it and it is working with everyone? Vince Delmonte in HIS OWN BOOK "No non-sense bodybuilding" advocate going into bulking cycle and then cutting down. And when I followed his advice I started gaining muscles.

Ask any bodybuilder out there, he would say that bulking and cutting works. No one will have enough motivation to go to the GYM for 5 pounds a year.

Furthermore, these pro bodybuilder wont do cutting and bulking cycles if IT DIDNT Actually work. Think about it for a second, these pro bodybuilders are constantly looking for an edge. They've tried every workout plan every scheme, only to settle what worked BEST for them.

Great article thanks as I was eating 5 eggs at 20 % body fat.. but opened my eyes to having to get rid of the bf before I start eating to much to bulk up.. I have a couple of hurdles I need help with and that is I work nites and sleep during the day so I cant eat 6 meals a day and also I have low thyroidism. Any suggestions?? I need all the help I can get..
