May 16, 2012 6:42 PM: Your getting sore in the middle upper back because doing dips will hit your rhomboids, same thing happens when I do mine and I actually weigh about the same as you. I'm guessing that the both of us feel it more since our weight is up there VS someone who's 190 lbs or whatever. |

May 1, 2012 4:05 AM: i've been doing mostly cardio but add this between my elliptical and tread. i do 4 sets w/30sec rest in between sets @ 244lbs. ive noticed my upper middle back feels real tight the morning after.is there any reason for this? shouldn't i feel more upper pecks? i do this 5 days a week.please help thanks...+See More
