Tried doing this as part of a workout program and it's hard to transition from the Lying Leg Curl machine to this one! My gym is just not sectioned right, one end you got the free weights and then the other end you go and do your stretches in this area where not only is for abs/stretching but it's always packed! Plus, people look at you weird doing this, however I always ignore and keep my logs with me to show it is part of a routine! I gave it a 7 because it's something different and I started off with no weights, even though the log says to use weights. I guess I will eventually get used to it but for now, I will search for an alternate!-See Less
