Great exercise as a finisher after a leg workout. Best if you do it standing on the flat side of a Bosu ball and stay in a low squat. By about 10 reps per side, you will see the Bosu start wobbling because your stabilizers are getting so fried. Try 3 sets of 10 with fairly heavy ball.
