Hip Bridge:
The hip bridge is performed by lying with your back flat on the floor. Bend at the knees so there is a 45-degree angle at your knee joint and your feet are flat on the floor. Now, lift your hips off of the floor so that your knee, hip and lower back form a straight line. This will create isometric tension, muscular contraction without movement, through your hamstrings. Hold this position for as long as you can and then relax.
