Apr 6, 2011 12:11 PM: Yes, I have this problem - I am hyper flexible, and can easily touch my knees with my chest. When I do stiff-legged dead-lift I can feel that I go down so easy and don't feel tensions in my hamstrings. This always bothers me - I do something wrong, but what?
