Feb 12, 2011 6:00 AM: Yes, good tip! I use the other hand to assist after failure (can't raise the weight anymore), then concentrate on slowly lowering the dumbbell down...sloooowly. Squeeze out 3 or 4 'negatives' and you'll be fully pumped afterward. |
