Mar 1, 2011 11:28 AM: Do this excercise Decline, Keeps your chest Contracted the whole motion, thus a better excercise, bigger gains. Also if you do this at the end of an intense chest workout, it will stretch out your chest.

Mar 1, 2011 9:50 AM: Am I the only one to find that this exercise works the traps as primary muscle? I haven't done ANY traps isolation exercises such as shrugs or upright rows and my traps are so disproportionate to my body people say I look like a camel lol
