Another variation is to finish with the bar above the head, directly in line with the hips with the traps contracted and shoulder

Great for building the shoulders, especially the medial delts. However unlike the man in the video, dont touch your chest when doing this exercise if your going heavy. Ruins you rotator cuffs, only go heavy if you have a spotter.

Flex abs while doing this, as if you were doing stomach vacuums, that builds up your core strength, which is the key for heavy lifting. Abs are your center. Try to use free weight barbells, greater range of motion in the negative and positive.-See Less
