Apr 29, 2012 7:15 PM: Make sure you have a good grip and stop when you're upper arms are perpendicular to the ground. Also use a dip belt with plates to make it more challenging, or you'll be doing 20-30 of these no problem before too long.

May 23, 2011 6:12 PM: It is an awesome exercise really works your triceps out. What I usually do is fix in extra weights like a dumbbell between my legs when I cross my legs. Then I end up going lower and back up slower.
Keep your form though cause if you don't you'll get an injury for sure.
