Make sure you have a good grip and stop when you're upper arms are perpendicular to the ground. Also use a dip belt with plates to make it more challenging, or you'll be doing 20-30 of these no problem before too long.

Excellent exercise, can be done with a weight belt to add extra toughness, another good exercise to pack on some serious size

It is an awesome exercise really works your triceps out. What I usually do is fix in extra weights like a dumbbell between my legs when I cross my legs. Then I end up going lower and back up slower.
Keep your form though cause if you don't you'll get an injury for sure.

Lean forward as much as you can. This will also build your chest and help the shoulders tremendously. Dips are core, they are a must for huge results. Your abs will thank you later.

Favourite tri exercise. I use weight progression through sets: bodyweight, 20kg, 30kg, 40kg. Great way to tire them out.
