For me this is the best for chest, i really feel the chest burning, but instead of lowering and push the chest, try lowering to the neck then you will feel the burn! yeah!

The best exercise for building the chest. I recommend doing this at the start of your chest workout. Compound movements should always be first anyways.

One of the truest tests of strength. Make sure you plant your feet beforehand so your legs don't go flying when it gets too heavy. Plus doing so will give you power to push through those hard-to-get reps.

How is benching's rating so low?????? Its THE best upper body exercise there is and imo its the second best exercise at all behind deadlift with squats coming in a close 3rd. If you dont like it because you cant do alot of weight then you need to do it more so you can do more weight. Anyone who can...+See More

Bench press is an amazing excercise but locking your arms out at full extension (as the video suggests) is bad advice. Stopping just shy of full lock out keeps the strain on your muscles and off of your elbows.
