The other day when I was looking through all the articles that had to do with nutrition, I noticed that none of them had vegetarian recipes in them. So I decided to write an article with raw-food recipes. The reason I chose only to include "raw food" recipes is because they will help add more vitamins and nutrients to you body then cooked food will. Also, if you think about it, gorillas, which only eat raw food, are some of the strongest most muscular organisms on this planet!
Have fun looking at these recipes and don't be afraid to try them. I know some of them sound pretty bad, but I found them to be shockingly good.

*Some of these recipes are from "Raw Power", by Stephen Arlin, and some I came up with. If you are interested in learning more about the book "Raw Power", please e-mail me and I will let you know where you can find it.
Remember that these are just suggestions and you can change or modify them to your liking. For example, I like adding a little protein powder to the fruit smoothie. You still will get all the nutrients from the raw food with the added protein. What a deal! So have fun trying these recipes and making your own.
