Ken Yu


Ken Yu is a certified personal trainer in New York City specializing in athletic performance, nutritional guidance, and recovery protocols. A 10+ year pro in the space, Ken has worked with athletes of all backgrounds to contribute to their physical and mental growth both in and out of the gym.

He holds a degree in cognitive science, specializing in human behavior and was a collegiate rugby athlete.
