Matt Biss is a training and nutrition specialist. He studied exercise science at Boise State and is certified through several organizations as a personal trainer and strength coach. He has competed in strongman, powerlifting, highland games, and bodybuilding. Matt trains primarily out of his garage gym with his team "Iron Ballz."
