Background
Having done boxing for a handful of years I went into bodybuilding and pretty much fell in love with it; the confidence it brings, the people you meet who share the same burning interest, and the fact that it's an unlimited source to explore. I'm a huge fan of experimenting and finding new ways to spark growth, and also finding and designing new routines making every workout even more enjoyable. Apart from lifting weights, I do also practice bodyweight exercises quite a lot since I believe mixing things up can bring new interesting challenges, and you can always learn and gain something out of pretty much everything.
