Fall is filled with great flavors, and pumpkin happens to be the most delicious and popular of them all. These no-bake recipes are quick and sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Pumpkin Pie Fudge

This is my favorite recipe from my new pumpkin recipe e-book. Not only is the recipe high in protein, but it only takes three minutes to make. Basically, in the time it takes you to read this recipe, you could whip up a batch of this fun-sized dessert. This good-for-you treat is guilt-free so, as the title of my e-book says, "Eat it all!"

Pumpkin Pie Fudge

Ingredients

canned pumpkin 1 tbsp

coconut butter 1 tbsp

Protein 1/2 scoops

cinnamon a pinch

nutmeg double pinch

Pancake syrup 1 tbsp

Directions
  1. Mix together all of the ingredients and line a small dish with plastic wrap.
  2. Pour the mixture into the dish and mold it into a rectangle.
  3. Place the mixture in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Once it sets, remove the mixture from the freezer. Cut into 12 cubes.
  5. Eat it all! Got leftovers? Store them in the fridge in a sealed container for up to two days, though I doubt they will last that long.

Chocolate Pumpkin Bark

Move over, peppermint bark! This season, swap that stuff for some squash—or pumpkin, to be exact. This is another guilt-free dessert to help you cheat your cheat and stay committed to your goals. It may be low in calories, fat, and sugar, but it's high in protein and big on taste!

Chocolate Pumpkin Bark

Ingredients

Extra virgin coconut oil1 tbsp

canned pumpkin 1 tbsp

Protein 1/2 scoops

Pancake syrup 1 tbsp

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, mix the extra virgin coconut oil and Myofusion Elite Protein.
  2. Spread the mixture thinly on a plate covered in plastic wrap. Don't worry about being neat and tidy.
  3. In another small dish, mix the pumpkin and syrup. Layer this on top of the chocolate base. Add swirls for decoration.
  4. Place in the freezer for 10-20 minutes. It sets quickly.
  5. Once it's set, break the bark into pieces. Eat immediately before it melts, or store the rest in the freezer for later!
