Love arnold, and this is a great article. But he contradicts what he's said before about rest. In a video "arnolds six rules" or something similar he said he only sleeps six hours and that 8 or 9 was too long. Curious about the contradiction.

I would say that in his "six rules" speech he was referring to life in general. That to get ahead you can't be sedimentary. In order to get gains we cant cheat the science of rest...... yet.

I can't believe how yoked he is, Back in the day they didn't have all these types of supplements, So he had to build on food alone. What dedication he has had, And i'm sure still does. Great article. He'll be back. I hope i can one day get as motivated.
