Background
Ian first got started weight training when he was a kid. He had been injured and could not participate in regular "PT" classes. So they put him in this new curriculum called weight lifting. The training turned out to be a great challenge and also a great mental release. This has also become a big part of his professional photography business.
Ian is the owner of SecondFocus and has been an important part of Bodybuilding.com in getting the best competition photos available online. Now, in addition to the photography, he is writing for Bodybuilding.com and also maintains a blog on BodySpace.com.
