This can't be right. If he goes to bed at 1:30am he is basically going over 14 hours with only taking in less than 40 grams of carbs. Which is obviously not ideal if mass is your goal. Also for the people who keep saying take 2 times your bodyweight in protein. He is saying 2 times you body weight in pounds not kg. So if you weigh 150 take 300.
where do you see that? yes his last "meal" is at 1:30am and then his first "meal" is at 10am. he consumes over 470grams of carbs per day. he doesn't go over 14 hours on less than 40 grams of carbs.
