My name's Rachael Welch and not Racquel Welch like the lovely, stunning actress my name often gets mistaken with- ah life always seems to be hard comparisons ;) ! I'm from Sydney, Australia.

I am currently completing my Personal Training where I'm hoping to build a business working with the combination of psychotherapy (which I'm planning on starting soon) and alternative therapies to synchronize and make better use of the body, mind and spirit. Personally I believe a functioning human being is someone who is in balance and that is a constant assessment of the state of your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

I believe you can't be accessing the tremendous results you are capable of if one or more of these functions are being neglected. This is why I hope to work with all these areas with clients, dealing with emotional blocks that stop success and progression, particularly in their fitness.

Right now I am also on my own 'journey' of transforming my past behavioral patterns that are limiting my success in transforming my body!
