In 1991 I started lifting weights with a friend and saw a photo of Marla Duncan winning a national competition. Her beauty and physique impressed me enough that I wanted to try what she was doing - Fitness Competitions.

Background
After four tries, in 1998, I won my first Fitness Olympia and made number 45 on covers of magazines, books, and calendars worldwide. I have had a wonderful time traveling across the country and internationally, and have met some really incredible people everywhere. I feel very blessed and fortunate to be able to do what I enjoy: staying fit, encouraging others, and teaching what I have learned.
