After another set of leg press using the same scheme, a new technique is introduced: the suicide or rest pause set, and it's time to go big. You can bet you're going to see the "Foster" face after that one. Robert stresses good setup and form on a superset of hack squats and dumbbell squats. Hams are hammered with a cavalcade of seated leg curls with partial reps, step back lunges, lying leg curls, and stiff legged deadlifts.
