Most of the reps today run pretty high (10-12 reps). That will force you to fatigue, so be sure to select weights that challenge you, but aren't so heavy that you can't finish all the reps. Arnold was known for grueling workouts, pushing his body beyond failure. Follow his lead and pile on the sets!
