My name is Angelique Millis and I am a Fitness Journalist, Author and Program Developer living in Miami, FL. I am a weight loss success story - I combated my vices, lost 40 pounds, got myself into shape and have never looked back! I recently competed in my first fitness competition.

My passions include fitness, writing, music, spending time with my loved ones and helping others achieve their fitness goals. I have collaborated with Fitness Celeb Jennifer Nicole Lee on an innovative online fitness program for women called the Bikini Model Program. I love staying active, eating right and making each day count!
